Applewood Smoked Gouda

This is one of our own in house smoked cheeses.  Smoked with Applewood to give this mild smooth creamy gouda that extra taste to put it over the top to make it one of your favorites.  I enjoy this as my number one go to for those gooey grilled cheeses.  Shred or slice thinly and add to your way of making any grilled cheese.  I have used this as the main base and added many other cheeses on top of this to increase the grilled cheese experience.  Grab some today and plan for grilled cheese night.

If you have that member of your family that isn't a big cheese fan, this is usually a hit.  The flavor is not over bearing, the texture is just right.  If the 3 Bears had cheese out, this would be Goldilocks go to, because for kids this is the JUST RIGHT CHEESE!  Cube it and you have the perfect snack
