Shipping info

Shipping to Florida addresses are free with all orders over $43. We want your experience to be enjoyable from start to finish and that includes how we ship our products! Everything is hand packaged and crafted to ensure that you are getting award wining service at each step. If you need your cheese overnight-ed we can do that, but it will be pricey. Contact us if you need this service-(715)584-7126 Shipping Days are Mondays, orders received after 12 P.M. on Monday will not be packed and shipped until the following Monday. 

FAQ shipping questions

Can you guarantee arrival rate?

No, that is why we only ship on Monday and Tuesday. The rate of error and delays are less. We have overnight-ed orders and they have arrived.(only downfall is cost)

Who do you ship with?

We mainly use UPS, have had higher success rate with them. You will receive a tracking number so we will both know is there is a problem with your delivery time.

Do you offer priority shipping?

We use UPS ground in Florida and it arrives next day. And UPS 2 day air for out of state. We stop out of state shipping in the warmer months.  Overnight is available upon request, but is higher price.  

How do you pack the cheese?

With our cheese we use a Styrofoam box inside our cardboard box, along with frozen gel packs. Our goal is for our cheese to arrive under or at room temperature.

How long will my cheese last?

Best rule of thumb is to only purchase the amount of cheese that you know you will consume in less than 2 weeks. Aged, firm, harder cheeses are lower moisture cheese and will last longer if you care for them properly.
