An amazing, aged gouda made at Hollands Family Farm by Marieke. She uses their own herd using the fresh raw milk from their family farm. After they age the wheels on Dutch Pine Planks, we age it a few months longer in our aging caves. The flavors of spice, coffee, caramel, and roasted nuts come through on your taste buds.
