Made by Steve Stettler, a Master Cheese maker out of Decatur Dairy in Brodhead Wisconsin. 2007 he swept the U.S. Cheese Contest with 1st, 2nd, and 3rd with his Havarti. Slice it, cube it, shred it, melt it. Wonderful buttery, creamy havarti.
